I’m the founder of Butterfly Beauties Co.  I’m a recovering people pleaser, and I love to travel. I live in a small town in Ontario, Canada but I got the itch to explore when I met my 2nd hubby Steve, and he helped me to feel safe when exploring outside my comfort zone. At heart, I’m an introvert who loves all things creative and I can spend hours by myself, reading a good book or journaling with my dog Cooper on my lap. As a child I was always highly sensitive and empathic, and I was the little girl who was always bringing home stray animals. I am no stranger to self-doubt and imposter syndrome, but since beginning my self-love journey, I have been able to identify those negative thoughts , replace them with positive affirmations and focus on living as my true authentic self!
